It’s always nice when you have no specific expectations and then get a wow effect: Some impressions of the 37 (!) courses at „ernst“, a Japanese-inspired 9-seat restaurant with one Michelin star and a well-deserved place on the World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. Most impressing: The menu is changing daily! Sad: The restaurant will close by the end of the year, after 10 successfull years.
