Loumi

Loumi in Berlin-Kreuzberg is a small yet highly ambitious fine-dining restaurant (one Michelin star) run by self-taught chef Karl-Louis Kömmler, supported by host Mical Rosenblat. The kitchen blends French tradition, Japanese-Asian precision and Nordic techniques — using strictly seasonal, carefully sourced ingredients and placing strong emphasis on outstanding sauces.

The current menu features dishes such as tuna belly, king crab with finger lime, scallop with Mikan mandarin, abalone with bouillon and pak choi, kinmedai with Gorria sauce, duck breast with maitake, brioche “à la croissant,” and desserts like pear sorbet with Junmai sake jelly, flan with Arabica coffee and Tahitian vanilla, or mousse au chocolat.
